Questions about Theseus, your ION module, your Panoptes display or the Theseus app? Email us and a real person will help.
We read every message and aim to reply within two business days (Monday to Friday, Pacific time).
What to include
A few details help us answer on the first reply:
- Your unit's serial number. It's on the label of your ION module or Panoptes display, and in the app under the unit's Overview (for example ION-ZZ-26-9001).
- Your app version. In the Theseus app: Account, then About.
- Your phone. The model, and the Android or iOS version.
- What happened. What you were doing, what you expected, and what you saw instead. A screenshot or a photo of the display helps a lot.
- When it happened. The date and roughly the time.
Please don't send your password, or payment card numbers. We will never ask for them.
While you ride
Theseus is there to make your ride more enjoyable. It doesn't replace your vehicle's own gauges and warning lights. If your vehicle shows a warning, follow its manual and get somewhere safe first, then contact us.
